Union 3D Printing is passionate about Sustainable Manufacturing.
As of March 1st, 2021, Union 3D Printing has committed to donating trees for all orders for products and services.
Why?
Union 3D Printing has always wanted to implement a social-environmental initiative, and we are proud of where we have landed.
We have produced over 60,000+ parts, and used thousands of kilograms of material. Donating trees is one way we are working on off-setting our carbon footprint.
We have partnered with an incredible organization called Eden Reforestation Projects. Planting trees helps fight back against deforestation, provides jobs, and saves lives.
Our Story
Union 3D Printing and Design started in late 2017 when two old high school friends (Kris and Mark) started showing off their printed creations and were met with overwhelming demand. With the support of their beautiful wives (Katie and Cynthia) Union 3D Printing and Design was formed. The team has since quickly grown to having a fleet of 3D printers, with clients all over the Edmonton area.
Union has continued to develop in knowledge and skills to always bring the best service quality, and products to our customers.
OUR PRINTERS
Union 3D Printing and Design owns and operates a fleet of 3D printers. With our technical skills and background each printer was custom assembled and modified to fit our unique and specialized printing needs. We are able to print in almost any plastic and or plastic composite (including PLA, ABS, Flex, carbon fibre and more. Our largest build volume for a single print is 450mm X 450mm X 470mm
OUR FOUNDING TEAM
Kris and Katie Graff Kris and Katie love to adventure, learn and create! Kris graduated with a business degree in Supply Chain Management from MacEwan University and Katie with a Diploma in Interior Design from NAIT. The couple can often be found hanging out as a family of three, enjoying the outdoors.
